Which iOS versions are supported?

iOS 17 and later.

How long does analysis take?

About 3 minutes for one game (a video of about 15 minutes). It depends on the length and number of videos.

My videos don't show up.

Go to Settings > matomee > Photos and check that access is allowed. If it's set to “None,” change it to “Full Access.”

No highlight reel was created.

If a video is too short (under about 1 minute), no highlights may be detected. If you moved the app to the background during analysis, open the app again and analysis will resume. If this doesn't help, please contact us.

Are my videos sent to the cloud?

All video files are processed on your iPhone. Your video data is never sent to an external server.

How do I delete a highlight reel?

On the highlight reel playback screen, tap “…” and choose Delete.
