Information We Collect
Photos and Videos
The app accesses your photo library to load your game videos. All analysis of the video files takes place on your iPhone, and your video files are never sent to an external server.
Location
The GPS information recorded in your videos is used to group videos by date and place. To look up place names, the app uses Apple's geocoding service (Core Location), which sends the coordinates to Apple's servers. They are not sent to our servers.
Notifications
The app may show a notification when analysis is complete. Notifications are created on your iPhone and are not sent from outside. Notifications do not contain any personal information.
In-App Purchases
Paid features of the app (matomee Premium) are purchased through Apple's App Store. Your payment information is managed by Apple, and we never receive it. The app uses Apple's StoreKit to check your purchase status. The app also keeps counts on your iPhone, such as how many times the purchase screen was shown, but these are never sent outside your device.
How We Use Information
- To automatically create highlight reels
- To group videos by date and place
- To notify you when analysis is complete
- To check the purchase status of paid features
Sharing with Third Parties
We do not share your videos or personal information with third parties.
Where Data Is Stored
Highlight reels you create and the settings you enter in the app (such as your team name, team logo, team colors, and jersey number) are stored only on your iPhone. We do not store or collect any of your data.
Apple Services We Use
The app uses Apple Core Location to convert locations into place names, and Apple StoreKit for in-app purchases. For details, please see Apple's Privacy Policy.
Changes to This Policy
This policy may be changed without notice. By continuing to use the app after a change, you agree to the updated policy.
